Returns

We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can, and we understand that on occasion you might need to return products.

Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging and with all the components.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit.
Please note that under no circumstances will we refund for return P&P unless upon testing, a fault can be found with products.
Please note that all items are fully tested once returned.
Products received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund.
On receiving a return item, we will normally process all refunds within 5 working days.
